Pharmacy Protocol
- If pharmacy calls for refills, please let them know that patient must call us directly. - Disregard any faxes for refills. - If pharmacy calls for a prescription issue, then make a telephone encounter and send to the MA or Nurse - If the patient is requesting a change in pharmacy after their appointment, inform the patient that controlled substances can NOT be resent.
